Adi Harman obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in April, 1998. Adi Harman had served several legal firms before joining NSI in 2016 as a Partner. 

• Conducted trials in the Subordinate Courts, High Courts of Malaya, Court of Appeal, Federal Court in civil and criminal matters in which a number of cases were reported in Law Journals (MLJ, CLJ, MLJU).

• Advised and acted as Counsel for corporate and individual clients (including Government agencies) in cases relating to contractual, property and corporate disputes, bankruptcy, and corporate insolvency, banking litigation and loan recoveries, industrial relations and employment disputes and medical negligence. 

• Conducted criminal trials at the Subordinate and HIgh Courts.

• Also handled some non-litigation matters on special requests by clients; particularly in the preparation of franchise agreements, license agreements, service agreements, and other commercial agreements.
  

Adi Harman is fluent in English and Malay language.
